A. Establishment of distribution network i.e. appointment of competent distributors/Super Stockiest/ Carrying & Forwarding Agents/Look After.
B. Recruitment/Supervision/Guidance/Setting up targets and ensuring its achievements of your complete subordinate staff i.e. Sales officers, Pilot Sales Representative, Beauty Advisor.
C. Coordination with company and distribution network in regard to the smooth distribution of the Company's Stock.
D. Supervision/Implementation/looking after local Publicity/Advertisement of products/Brand such as Distribution of Posters/Newspaper insertion, wall painting, Dealer Meets, retailer’s incentive, etc.
Eligibility/Who can apply:
1. Must be having Knowledge of Creation/look after channel network in B2B or B2C industry such as FMCG/OTC/Insurance/Consumer durables/Tele-Communication, Construction such as ply boards, Hardware, Paint, Tyre/Automobile (Spare parts, Auto Dealer’s Team leaders).
2. Experience: At least 10 years out of which minimum 5 years as a Manager/Team leader.
