Job Description

  • Identification & recruitment of BDEs, Agency / DSA force up to expectation.
  • Conduct regular meetings of agency force as per guidelines.
  • Equip team with periodic trainings / house visits & joint calls.
  • Control attrition by meaningful engagements.
  • Timely intervention ensuring overall business quality.
  • Achieve New Business targets (customer # & Volume) time to time.
  • Achieve Activation targets month on month.
  • Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and repeat business.
  • Assist BDE / agency Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the locality
  • Cross sell of all other products (as per guidelines time to time).
  • Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
  • Take active role in recruiting and inducting BDEs/ Sales Team.
  • Conducting periodic performance reviews with BDEs.
  • Evaluation of performance vis--vis the competitors of the locality
