Job Description

To manage Annual Advertising & Product Budget, prepare report& execute periodic review.
To manage end-to-end product delivery as per timeline, from new product development to market Availability.
To Coordinate with internal stakeholders i.e. R&D, Procurement, Sales and external stakeholders i.e. Creative, Media and BTL agencies for product development and brand communication
To Coordinate with creative agencies and printing houses for packaging and POSM development for existing & new productsPrimary
To Conducted seminars, BTL activities and product demos/trials to increase product trials leading to brand awareness and product reach
To Work closely with sales force for driving primary & secondary sales, facilitating changes in consumer & trade schemes and initiating various long & short term plans to boost sales
To Monitor marketing trends and analyzed competition on its consumer & trade support.
To Implement brand marketing plans to achieve successful sales, market share & profits.
To increase market share as per targeted sales.
To achieve targeted annual sales.
