Job Description

  • Business development for iSN's service offerings in the US markets
  • Lead generation and responding to RFPs/ tenders Managing the entire sales life cycle, starting from prospecting through closure.
  • Farm existing accounts.
  • Achieving the revenue targets.
  • Actively engage in social media marketing to promote iSN's service offerings.

      Required Candidate profile

  • Business Development Experience in the BPO/ KPO/ LPO industry.
  • Knowledgeably about the end-to-end sales cycle in US market.
  • Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing, Lead Generation / Sales Support Process outsourcing, Designing & Web Development / other IT Services.
  • Established network and contacts in the industry.
  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience and expertise in effectively using CRM tools such as SalesForce, ZOHO, etc
  • Should be an individual contributor.
  • Willing to work in US shift.
