• Should be able to think out of the box
• Train and develop the skills of your fellow team mates
• Ability to build and maintain contacts

• Lead Generation/constant interaction with the clients
• Take part in Sprint meeting and identify the challenges
• Writing the proposals and preparing presentations

• Should be able to achieve Weekly and Monthly Targets
• Represent the Company at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to help communicate our unique value in the industry
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
