Locuz Enterprise is looking for an ambitious, target-driven and energetic Business Development Manager (Accounts Manager-USA Requirements) for our IT Staffing Services to help us expand our North American business footprint.
Your Aspect of Work is:
Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
Client relationship management.
Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.
Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project.
Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business.
Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, OPT, CPT and H1B consultants and proficient knowledge in US employment tax terms such as 1099,W2, and Corp to Corp (C2C) placing candidate on contract, contract to hire and full-time Positions.
Experience in using job boards like Dice, Monster, Techfetch , Linkedin , scguild, Google groups etc.
Possess a deep knowledge of the consulting or professional services, vendor RFP, proposal, sales pitch and SOW processes.
Having knowledge on MIS, RPF, RFQ, RFI and SOW preferred.
Responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting from negotiating contracts with clients to recruiting talent to fill Direct Hire, Contract to Hire and Contract positions.
