A. Position Purpose

Responsible for handling/executing credit card customer acquisition and quality management & control. Coordinate with responsible unit for daily follow-up and TAT management. Coordinate with vendors/outsourced employees to manage TAT and providing servicing to existing Customer Along with adherence to Audit & Compliance laid processes and guidelines

 

B. Position Responsibilities

Sr.

Key Responsibilities

1 Customer Related - Coordinate with stakeholders and managing outsourced team to ensure deliverable to the customers within TAT. Support/execute back end customer related queries and complaints, undertaking customer service initiatives.

2 Financial - Working towards Increasing efficiency of the outsourced employee, implementing steps for Controlling costs as directed by respective manager and mitigate operational losses. Implement processing steps to eliminate non value add activities to reduce TAT.

3 Process - Execute/perform Operational activities i.e. Maintain TAT, Accuracy, Reconciliations, MIS - Dashboards, Quality Audit/samplings, Deliverable execution - DD / CC, Vendor coordination.

4 People - Outsource management, Training of External/Outsourced team members
