Job Description

Financial

iMeet the target assigned directly to self in seasons for enrolment & others activities (CCE & Claims survey).

Distribute targets for the team in Kharif & Rabi season and ensure the same is achieved.

iii) Identifies / anticipate problems with respect to achieving Goals and develops plans to address these problems. These include new opportunities or threats presented by the market and changes to the company's internal operations.

iv) Meet people at different insurance companies for picking up business in Kharif & Rabi season and bring in new acquisition.

Business Process

Strategize & Facilitate decision making on various issues/agendas related to crop insurance with the support of data and other past experiences/records

Process streamlining and Implementation wherever desired at a company level. Prepare and publish the SOP and SLA for the work on weather insurance that is enrolment of Loanee and Non-loanee and CCE & Claims with other related activity

Deployment of resources as per requirements through hiring

Execution and completing the task in profitable manner for the areas allotted.

Customer

Ensure submission of MIS (budget track sheet) to the Management

Understand issues from the Field and extend solution to the issues faced in the field in discussion with management & Insurance companies

Liaisoning with all Insurance Companies for all operational issues

Liaisoning with Govt. departments - Agriculture & Extended wings /district administration

People Growth

Conduct training sessions for own team members for improving client interactions

Set objectives, review and evaluate performance periodically and give feedback

Prepare and standardize the training manual with help of all concerned and roll out training calendar from time to time for the company in Weather Insurance.
