Shalbys recognition as a multispecialty tertiary hospital chain in the Indian healthcare industry having 11 units across India

     

    Position : DGM Corporate Development

     

    Location : Ahmedabad/Surat/Jabalpur - Multiple openings across all the locations

     

    Salary - Up to 20 LPA

     

    Job Description :

     

    1 Strategy
    • Formulating strategies for various sub departments and specialties
    • Planning activities from time to time within the department
    • Analyzing the competition in the market.
    • Dealing with senior authorities and putting forward the future business plans
    • Proficiently achieving the target set in a particular month or year
    • Dealing with doctors and other top level authorities from time to time
    • Establishing the marketing plan for all specialties on monthly basis in consideration with the doctors.
    • Ensuring that the specific specialty doctor is projected and invited for various CMEs.
    • Planning and scheduling of marketing budget.
    • Designing and allocating business target for individual team members for a particular month.
    • Maintaining MIS related to business generated against and tracking of business brought in by individual subordinate.
    • Assisting in finalization of business target for the unit.
    • Assisting in finalization of marketing budget for the year.
    • Maintaining all important contacts with him such as community numbers, liver transplant numbers, important external doctors numbers etc.
    • Ensuring all the functions achieve their set targets.
    • Taking measures for reducing gap in patient satisfaction and move towards delightment.
    • Ensuring all activities undertaken are in strict adherence with the brand standard pre-decided in Brand Manual
    • Meeting patients and their relatives specially those who have been referred through particular doctor or through corporate tie ups etc.
    • Ensuring reduction of gap between current services and desired services for patient satisfaction.
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure up-to-the mark services by escalating issues and resolving them.
    • Working on patient feedback data.
    • Applying marketing mix suiting the requirement of the territory.
    • To manage arthroplasty business
    2 Doctor Referral
    • Monitoring the expansion of market through the exploration of avenues
    • Monitoring the expansion of referral market share
    • Checking the achievement of IP/OP targets
    • Putting forward ideas/strategies for promotion of specialties in respective audience
    • Monitoring the branding and promotion related activities
    • Meeting doctor daily to bring in business
    • Resolving the queries raised by external doctors regarding their payment.
    • Ensuring that timely payments are made to all the external doctors.
    3 Branding & Promotion
    • Awareness regarding the on-going camp and events
    • Providing inputs for the planning of events at various locations
    • Ensuring achievement of targets set for the department
    • Monitoring that all the branding and promotion material is available in sufficient quantity.
    • Getting the PR approved for purchase of marketing materials.
    4 Corporate
    • Awareness about the corporate tie-ups
    • Meeting various corporate for business expansion
    • Awareness about the count of corporate admissions, health checkups and revenue
    • Responsible for ensuring complete payment from Corporate.
    • Promoting health talks, awareness sessions in the corporate offices.
    • Expanding business to nearby territories.
    • Ensuring the monthly target of association with Govt. PSU and corporate are achieved.
    • Encouraging and generating business through Corporate Health checkups.
    • Ensuring proper and satisfactory homecare services are delivered
    • Ensuring achievement of breakeven of expenses within 3 months
    • Promoting Shalby as a brand for Homecare services.
