Job Description-

Building good Rapport with the consultant and client. Contribution to revenue generation, retention management-

Roles & responsibilities-

Single Point of contact for the headcount assigned right form Induction to exit process.

Ready to work in rotation shift

Must travel in Bangalore to meet employees working at different client locations

Handle all HR grievances of the resources and sort out all the queries raised by the resources as per the SLA

Referral resume generation

Responsible for successfully re-deploying the candidate who are coming out of the project.

Building excellent relationship with the candidates.

Working on multiple MIS report for reporting for the assigned clients candidate as per the SLA.

Qualification and Education requirements-

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Must have skills-

Excellent Communication Skills, Good Excel Knowledge and Analytical skills, logical reasoning-
