Job Description

Managing the office independently and ensuring a timely and accurate flow of information and clear communication to all the Departments.

Organizing internal and external meetings, preparing and circulating the agenda and minutes as per the set timelines.


Sending notices of meetings to executive board members and/or association members, as directed periodically.
Facilitating the Director in his daily activities of his office, filing & correspondence etc. 

Coordinating the travel plans and logistic arrangements such as flights, visas, foreign exchange, ground transportation, stay arrangements etc. for the Directors domestic and international travel. 

Follow-up for daily progress reports with all department heads / project heads. Arranging / follow up for monthly / quarterly progress meet for all projects. 
Coordinating the month-end review and PAN India review Preparing the presentations.
Handling travel approval.
Acting as a bridge between the Director and the Senior Management and also serving as a point of contact amongst the members of the Corporate and the members of Companies /projects / departments. 

Responsible for Outbound and Inbound calls for senior management. 
Receiving the walk in Visitors cordially, understand them, making them comfortable for meeting.

Assisting with administration department for conducting any event if any.
Maintaining a transparent filing & documentation system. .Screening of all incoming mails / calls / fax etc. and prompt follow-up as required.
