Job Description

Qualifications BMS, BA, B. Com, B.Sc. preferred Role & Responsibilities:

  • Leading Product Engineering Lifecycle with cross functional teams comprising Product and Engineering talents
  • Drive engineering practice and technology roadmap keeping best practices, technology trends and future needs in horizon.
  • Drive product vision, roadmap, backlog and growth opportunities keeping business trends, customer feedback and competitive landscape in mind.
  • Responsible to provide solutions to architectural, constructional & executional engineering problems on disparate tech stacks Java/J2EE or Big Data.
  • Defining best practices like PRD reviews, design reviews, code reviews, continuous integrations, performance bench marking etc. for evolving a cross functional team in a growth stage organization.
  • Define and strategizing organization s engineering talent acquisition right keeping up with needs of different growth stages.
  • Strategizing, planning and executing product deployment on cloud or on premise infrastructure.
  • Responsible to liaise with Sales & Marketing teams to define and drive product Go to Market strategies.

Work Experience & Skills:

  • 13+ years of background with engineering and architectural skills on multiple n - tier architectures preferably on J2EE or Big Data tech stack.
  • Working experience of leading cross functional team comprising Product and Engineering talents.
  • Exposure to Agile & Scrum processes with experience as Product Owner and / or Scrum Master on Jira or Rally or similar tools.
  • Past record of working with cloud providers such as Amazon, Google, MS Azure for engineering deployments.
  • Experience with acquiring, mentoring and ramping up engineering (or non - engineering) talents.
  • Exposure to data engineering practice on data backed products with considerable data volume.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills to drive thought process with internal & external clientele.
  • Sharp analytical and problem - solving skills.
