Head of Sales

We are looking for a sales strategy executioner with expertise in Inside sales ,great track record in leading outbound teams and Lead generation .

Roles and Responsibilities


1. Setting up and meeting Sales targets, on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
2. Establishing professional network with industry peers and prospects - create brand image
3. Master of Inside Sales and revenue generation
4. Liaison with Marketing team to quality check leads

Desired Skills

1. Strong understanding of technology domain, and the influence of disruptive technologies on business verticals
2. Good understanding of Software Production processes and the chemistry between Sales, Software Delivery and Product teams
3. Prior experience in Software Sales (Products and Productized Services desired)
4. Ability to execute the fluff thats typically tossed around in strategy meetings
5. Ability to think on the feet and amicably resolve tense account management situations
6. Ability to lead by example
7. Fire in the belly; passionate about Sales
8. EXCELLENT communication skills - both verbal and written

We have Sales and BD presence in other parts of the world - North America, UK and Australia.
