Roles & Responsibilities :

.Manage analytics and reporting track for the Finance  team.

.Work on Monthly / Quarterly reports and trend analysis for attrition and ESAT

.Drive interventions and people Initiatives for the vertical
.Drive Retention Initiatives for the vertical.
.Drive Employee Engagement and Touch points.
.Address Employee Grievances and escalations.
.Drive Talent Management programs for the vertical.
.Assist Senior Business Partner HR for Key HR Operational Processes.
.Performance Management, IJP, Confirmation, Disciplinary

.Action Process, Exits and Transfer, Reward and Recognition
.Employee Communication and policy awareness
.Ensure adherence on HR policy and processes and improve operational excellence.
.Most importantly should have analytical bend of mind wherein he/she should have done extensive analysis related to HR points
