Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside sales Lead Gen person to join our growing sales organisation. The Inside Sales Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for the initiation and execution of the lead generation program and nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns for Amygb's suite of products. Primarily, this role will include proactive suspecting and prospecting and will connect with the key decision makers and influencers and user group within the target client and use various channels of connections to introduce and aptly position our products and solutions. log all information into the Sales CRM and set up demos and appointments for our front-line Sales Team. This position will also utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, networking and grassroots marketing. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation more disciplined and the Sales/Account Services team more successful. This position will also assist in development of presentations and proposals for the Sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for front-line sales team
  • Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team, support functions as well as the leadership to participate and help develop lead generation strategies
  • Initiate and successfully execute lead/demand generation strategies that includes inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns, social media and other networking platforms
  • Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
  • Effectively communicate and present Amygb product/solution suite and value proposition to customers
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
  • Working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the tech industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
  • Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
