Job Description

      Role and Responsibilities 

  • Conducting detailed training needs analyses and skill mapping to understand the requirements for enhancement of employee capability
  • Developing and Implement Learning and Development strategy in line with business goals,
  • Assessing of Learning needs and training Plans with line managers
  • Developing Learning Modules and Leadership Development Program with internal resources and external agencies support
  • Preparing L & D budget, training Calendar, identify / develop internal and external faculty to build talent capability
  • Developing training Metrics to measure effectiveness of delivery and content
  • Facilitating coaching and mentoring to develop middle management and leadership pipeline
  • Meet training and development requirements by selecting appropriate instructional methods, defining timelines and preparing training material in physical and digital formats
  • Delivering against already made commitments for L&D priorities in the current fiscal year.
  • Knowledge of training and organizational development theories, instructional design models and methodologies, and e-learning standards (e.g. SCORM and AICC).
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Data analysis to conduct RCA and drive performance
  • Excel and Dashboard creation
  • Team Management
  • Excellent communication skills

       Must haves:  

  • The candidate should be open to work in any shift
  • Travel to different cities
  • Work under pressure and drive performance
  • Excel and Data analysis
  • LMS understanding (or has worked on it before)
  • Content creation (CBTs/ WBT etc )
  • Team management experience
