Job Description

• Lead audit engagement including staffing, budgeting, planning, and execute day to day operations for clients cutting across.
• Preparation/Finalization of company's financial statement including consolidation of accounts i.e. balances sheet, statement of profits and loss account including notes to accounts as per GAAP, AS and various provisions of Company Act.
• Reviewing the financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with the Companies Act, Accounting Standards such as Indian GAAP as well as International GAAP(IFRS) and IAS as issued by European union(EU) other regulatory requirements.
• Practice management roles-As Manager also played an active role in (Practice Management), my responsibility is to manage the department resource and ensuring effective implementation of firm's values/initiative. This role is link between leadership thoughts/objectives and staff. Activity involves proactive resource management (ensuring adequate and appropriate staff, staff rotation, utilization, and appraisals/feedback.
