1. Database Management:
Monitoring & maintaining the database in CRM to ensure that the data is updated, there are no duplicates, relevant fields are filled-in
Sourcing bulk database from different sources & tools as per the criteria defined bt the LM. Re-arranging this data in the CRM compatible format & uploading into CRM
Data mining through the internet - search for a company/ individual data on the internet as per the criteria defined bt the LM (Line Manager).
2. Marketing Campaigns Execution
Executing marketing campaigns as per the plan made by LM, by using different tools/ channels like mass emailers, SEO/SEM inputs, Social Media posts, Feedback Forms, External Portals, etc.
Collating of the responses received, filtering the same to upload relevant leads/ contacts into the CRM
Tracking the responses of each campaign using the matrix given by the LM
3.Marketing Tools Availability & Distribution
Maintaining the inventory of essential online and offline marketing tools like brochures, case studies, PPTs, videos, etc.
Ensuring easy access and availability of these tools for internal stakeholders including the sales team.
4. Vendors, Partner Forums, and Event/ Exhibition Coordination
Searching product/ services vendors for marketing activities
Follow-up and coordination with the vendors, forums, associations, event organizers, etc. on timely execution of supplies/ services & sharing of branding, artwork, etc.
For Exhibitions/ events coordination on the timely availability of collateral, display banners/ posters, on-site vendors, etc.

With greater focus and responsibilities, the marketing team at Neptunus is working hard to deliver the results in two key areas - lead generation and brand positioning.
To support a number of marketing initiatives ranging from events to campaigns, digital marketing, content marketing the team needs a disciplined and efficient support to take care of the critical activities like database management, CRM administration, vendor management, marketing tools management etc.
With this organized back-end support from the subject position, the frontline team of Marketing can focus more on their customer-facing activities. This will enable the whole marketing function to achieve the key results.
