Job Description

Must have very strong concepts of Finance & Accounts

To plan, prepare and deliver high quality training and coaching assignments.

Create and Modify course content and training Material for Finance and accounts, General Accounting and Reporting that follows company methodology in the area of AML & KYC - Customer on boarding, customer due diligence (CDD), Enhanced due diligence (EDD), Transaction Monitoring, Financial Crime Compliance

Make training assessment available in online platform.

Deliver the training to the Trainees. The trainees have only basic accounting background i.e. they come with B. com. BBA. BA Eco. Etc background and it is a first job for them. Also be able to develop Level 1 and Level 2 Training for them.

Ensure New joiner, Level-1, Level-2 assessment material are reviewed and updated for all products.

Should Maintain Quality standards / quality procedures / monitoring forms or other training related documentations.

Must be able to update other accounts and finance relevant subjects

Excellent analytical and logical skills and team player

You should also have good understanding of process nuances across geographies (ASPAC , EMEA & NA region).
