Job Description

Candidate currently in RCM Ops and want to move into RCM quality role will also be prefered.

  • Responsible for improving the Quality of the floor along with the Team Coach
  •  
  • Responsible for coaching bottom performers and improving their performance
  •  
  • Support the team lead by identifying improvement opportunities by remote & SBS audits of transactions/implemented process controls
  •  
  • Responsible for RCA of errors and defining individual improvement action plan
  •  
  • Would be involved in audits and on SBS audits including individual feedback and coaching
  •  
  • Daily report out of the errors and the process scores to Ops managers & Process Audit team
  •  
  • Help TL understand the impact of an update and maintain the updates tracker
  •  
  • Share the update tracker with PI team on a weekly basis
  •  
  • Review SOPs on a weekly basis with the Team Coach to request changes in the SOP

  • Provide inputs on errors marked to the team lead for daily team huddles
