Job Description

• Proven 7-12 years of experience in Mobile accessories/Electronics Research & Development.
• Product Qualification and testing of new products (Tablet, Chargers and Power bank) and Pass/Hold for mass production.
• Preparation and release of Work Instruction, Process Flow and SOP (Standard Operating procedure) to production.
• Solely responsible for discussion with overseas team for running products.
• Member of Research and development Team for New product (NPD).
• Conducting technical training sessions and Team development activities.
• Handling the team of Quality Control (IQC, LQC, FQC, OQC, PDI)
• Handling the team of R&D
• Handling operations of Laser machine, Ultrasonic and UV machine
• Technical Testing of new products (charger, Power banks, Bluetooth Technology etc) and make Technical report of all products
• Declared Product Technical specs and release for products.
• Analysis of Raw material and packaging Material.
• Preparation and documentation of specifications of raw material, packaging material and Finished Products
• Implementations of quality system as per the regulatory requirements.
• Handling customer complaints by root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions
• Handling the operation for BIS and
• Declared product according to BIS parameters.
• Equipment And instrument knowledge
• Handling Oscilloscope, DC load machine, Triple input Power supply, AC regulator power supply, hipit tester, transformer tester, IR tester, 8-channel battery analyser, multimeter, Micro meter, vernier caliper etc.
