- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years in recruitment. 
- Familiar with recruitment in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizers or related industry and Quality Inspection services.
- Good Interviewing and communication skills. 
searching candidates through Job Portals, Placement Consultants, Employee Referrals, Head Hunting, Networking and by using the existing database.
- Reviewed / Screened / Evaluated and short listing candidates CV suited or meeting the qualifications required against particular Project Requisition to our client.
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office)
