Effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders associated and known to NCML in the assigned territory for generation and conversion of leads for NBFC business and NCML products.
Development of alternate sales channels for all NBFC products in the assigned region.
Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing business deals with producers, traders, processors and other value chain participants to maximize yield
The regional head would be completely responsible for achieving the disbursement, income, recovery, and asset quality targets for his region.
Maintain effective knowledge of Business, products, and services (credit reporting, debt collection etc).
Using Knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop Unique Selling Propositions and differentiators.
Complete ownership for customer relationship management programs and promotion of NBFC and parent company brand
Desired Candidates- Financial Acumen, Proactive, Go-getter, Good at developing relationships, Good at negotiation and execution.
