Job Description

 - Appointing agents and institutions capable of selling insurance along with direct selling to build retail business 

- Training of acquired agent on product and processes 

- Ensure completion of VSO targets and drive the growth of business 

- Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship 

- Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquistion is within the budgeted levels 

- Ensure constant updating of Agent's knowledge on technology products and underwriting policies Will take ownership of operations process at VSO, in terms of issuance, receipting etc                 

Required Candidate profile

We are coming up with concept of Virtual Sales Office (New Channel) at below locations & looking for a resource who wants to grow with growing channel
