Job Description

Acquisition

  • To generate new corporate relationship (COCO's)
  • To conduct regular activities in corporates /ATM's for lead generation
  • To generate cross sales of various liability/asset products
  • Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria

Market penetration

  • To increase salary penetration of bank's share in corporates having multiple banking relationship
  • Deepening of the salary relationship - new account acquisition and value build up in existing accounts

Customer service

  • To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporate by the bank
  • To identify and resolve service issues of the Corporate
  • To ensure that all accounts signed up with the corporate gets salary credits
  • Servicing all financial needs of the flagged customer

                Customer engagement

                CSRM-MSME to visit 100% portfolio corporates at least once in 2 months by mode of Personal Visit.

               20 unique corporates to be visited every month

               CSRM-MSME to be the single point of contact for all the corporate key decision makers. 

Cross Sales

  • Selling all products to the relationship - core and cross sell
  • Each CSRM-MSME Sales Officer to meet productivity and should source min 75 accounts per month.

Operations & Digitalisation

  • To maintain call reports and MIS as required
  • Ensure that all corporates are migrated on to E-net salary upload system
