Maintaining customer and company profiles.
Performing general office duties to support sales & marketing team e.g. filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying, loading special or negotiated rates on to the Property management system.
Answer client/bookers questions about property facilities/services(eg, hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.
Perform hotel site tours with potential clients.
Ensure that the adequacy of sales related equipment or material are available at all times.
Ensure all documents produced by the sales department(i.e. BEOs,contacts,rooming list,proposals) are accurately on time.
Conduct research and collect data to prepare reports and documents.
Weekly preparing key account sheet, BKC report, logic sheet, annual conference tracker.
Preparing Pick up report daily and submit to Director of sales.
Accompanying sales manager on sales call and coordinate with them to get business from the market and maintaining long- term relationships.
Maintain Sales manager productivity reports for each sales managers and submit to Director of sales.
