  • The Sales & Marketing Executive is involved in all aspects of marketing and is responsible for the management of the Marketing Coordinator.
  • This is a key relationship building role and involves regular planning meetings with the Sales & marketing teams of our preferred retail partners, media, and developing new relationships with potential partners.
  • This would involve external meetings and business development with identified prospective partners.

  • Sales & Marketing plans in accordance with the Head of Marketing.
  • Sales & marketing budgets and the evaluation on resulting financial returns are an essential component of this role.
  • The Sales & marketing executive also works closely with the product manager to ensure promotion of product is fully utilized and communicated to the sales & Marketing team and trade partners.
  • Regular planning meetings and proposal development with team.
  • Developing advertising opportunities with trade partners.
    Planning and managing company events.
  • Securing sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects.
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity.
    Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies.
  • Manage the Marketing Coordinator and support the Head of Marketing.
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers, this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.
    Ensure efficient communication of marketing activities to sales team.
  • Maximize company product offerings on all trade partner opportunities including websites and direct marketing activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining brand standards on websites and all other communications.
  • Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing
    Work with Consulting and Sales to cultivate reference accounts for products and services; identify client success stories and work with marketing to create appropriate case studies and collateral.
  • Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
    Internal reporting and other duties as assigned
  • Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used by Sales to highlight benefits of our services to our clients.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue
  • Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management,contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures
    Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients, production team and key leadership
  • Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution.
  • Market Research and Competitive Intelligence
    Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate
    products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership
  • Conduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts
