• 1. Implementation of Quality on site
  a. Implementation of established Quality Systems and Process on site
  b. Ensure that the approved material and approved method statements are followed on site
  c. To prepare a schedule and randomly inspect all incoming material on site
  d. To conduct inspections of activities, both structural and finishing, at site as per relevant specifications
  e. Identify the flaws in the present system, method statement and materials and report the same with suggestions and improvement to the site quality manager
  f. To check and close all post activity works in co-ordination with the tower in-charge
  g. Attend all Quality related meeting on site
  
  2. Audits on site
  a. Prepare a detailed Audit schedule in co-ordination with the Site Quality Manager on monthly basis
  b. Conduct Audit as per the schedule and prepare a detailed Audit report with action dates on the approved format
  c. Co-ordinate with site engineers and site supervisors for closure of all NCs with Corrective action and Preventive measure report
  d. Conduct site Quality rounds fortnightly with the concerned tower in charges and prepare the quality observation report of the same with responsibility matrix and action dates
  e. Follow up with the tower in-charge for closure of points raised during site quality round
  f. Ensure that all the contractors are following the quality processes implemented on site.
  g. Ensure that the work done on site meets specifications & complies with the work order / purchase order
  
  3. Trainings
  a. Conduct training for contractors and sub-contractors supervisors on continuous basis to ensure that terms mentioned in the Work Order are followed on site.
  b. Create awareness through continuous feedback to site engineers and site supervisors
  
  4. Reports
  a. Prepare Quality Observation report on fortnight basis and submit the same to the site quality manager
  b. Prepare best construction practices on site on monthly reports with major repetitive non-conformances, root cause analysis for issues raised, areas of concern, recommendations on improvement of standards to the site quality manager
  c. Prepare Audit Reports with Corrective Measures and Preventive measures to the site quality manager
  d. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including testing certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
  
  5. Mock-up
  a. Witness the mock up to be done on site and prepare a detailed report of the same and submit to the site quality manager

  Required Candidate profile

  Should have done a full time graduation course in Civil Engineering holding a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.

   

  Post Graduation degree would be an added advantage (NICMAR, etc.)
