Roles and Responsibilities

1.Lead the project team to contribute efficiently to the project success .Tracking and monitoring all car launch program milestones and aligning test plan . Follow up on timely completion of committed deliverables.  . Timely communicate/update to department Leads regarding any slippage, any compromise on targets, any decision/conclusion/deviation requirements etc. . Participation in Daily work meetings, aggregate reviews and Apex reviews . Preparation & review of test cases, design and requirement documents . Analyzing System engineering requirement . Review of Test Cases for feature using different testing techniques, guide the team. . Execute the improvement suggestions from manufacturing and simultaneous engineering . Troubleshoot field complaints . Plan roadmap for HIL, VIL testing and future technology Domain Knowledge (Skills Required)

1) 8+ years of experience in Automotive verification and validation

2) Must have experience in HIL testing for automotive EC US's such us BMS, BCM, ADAS, Power train, Chassis, Telematics, Infotainment domains

3) Good understanding of Software Life Cyc le (Development & Testing)

4) Knowledge of setting up and commissioning ETAS, DSPACE SCALEXIO, Vector VTest studio systems.

5 ) Experience in dSPACE Control desk, Automation Desk, Configuration Desk and ASM toolchains.

6) Experience in ETAS INCA, LCO IP, Experiment Environment toolchains.

7) Diagnostic knowledge like UDS measurement and calibration protocols (e.g. XCP, Ethernet).

8) Experience in vector toolchain like CANoe, CANalyzer, Indigo, V-Flash.

9) Experience in communication protoco l like CAN, LIN, CANFD, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet.

10) Experience in plant model development using MATLAB/Simulink.

11) M ust have experience in Python / CAPL scripts.

12) Must have experience in Provetech TA, Cameo, Jira X-Ray, Cucumber, Doors

13) Candidates having worked on ADAS HiL systems, Vehicle in loop systems, data recorder and playback systems will be preferred

14) Candidates having worked on Multi domain HIL

15) Experience of automation framework development and test case scripting
